1. Acceptance
By using this Telegram bot and Desert VPN services, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
2. Service
Desert VPN provides VPN access for personal use. Availability, speed, and server locations may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Accounts & subscriptions
Access is linked to your Telegram account. Subscription duration and traffic limits are shown before purchase. A free trial may be offered once per user.
4. Payments
Paid plans may be billed:
• in RUB by bank card or SBP (KASSA);
• in USD via cryptocurrency (Heleket);
• with Telegram Stars.
Prices are displayed in the bot before payment. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for illegal activity, spam, hacking, copyright infringement, or actions that harm the network or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
6. Disclaimer

7. Changes
