1.3. By using the Service, the User agrees to this Policy. If the User does not agree, the User must stop using the Service.

• account identifiers (Telegram user ID, login, nickname, email address when signing in to the account area, etc.) and language preference;
• technical information (IP address, browser, device and operating system data, cookies and website analytics data, the source of a visit to the website);
• history of interactions with the Service;
• VPN subscription status, expiry date, and subscription link;
• payment order ID, amount, and payment status (via KASSA, Heleket, or Telegram Stars);
• internal VPN panel username (not shown to you in the bot).
2.2. The Service does not require passport data, documents, photos or any other personal information beyond the minimum necessary to operate.
2.3. We do not keep logs of the websites you visit and do not inspect the content of your traffic.
3. How we use data
3.1. The Service may use the information solely to:
• operate its functionality: provide and manage your VPN subscription, process payments;

• Telegram — bot platform and Stars payments;
• KASSA — bank card and SBP payments;
• Heleket — cryptocurrency payments;
• hosting and VPN infrastructure providers — service delivery;
• an email delivery service — sign-in codes for the account area;
• Yandex Metrica — website analytics.
4.3. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention and protection
5.1. Data is kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes of processing: while you use the Service and as long as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
5.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet: no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risks.
6.2. The Administration is not liable for loss, theft or disclosure of data caused by third parties or by the User.
7. Your rights
7.1. You may request information about your data or account deletion by contacting support. Deletion may end your active subscription.
8. Changes to this Policy
8.1. The Administration may change this Policy without prior notice.
8.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User accepts the new version of the Policy.
